Moominvalley Season 3 Wins Golden Panda Award for the Best Animated Image

The Golden Panda Awards, arranged for the first time in 19 to 20 September, 2023 was organised by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the People's Government of Sichuan Province. The Golden Panda Awards is an international cultural activity that aims to foster cultural exchanges and create a global community with a shared future with film serves as the medium and panda symbolises cultural significance. The Golden Panda Awards represents a selection of outstanding film and TV works that manifest the common values of all mankind. The jury consists of globally influential professionals. The theme of the first Golden Panda Awards is "Brilliant civilisation, Resplendent vision". There are be a total of 25 awards granted in four categories: Film, TV dramas, Documentary and Animation. The event will include various activities such as the "Golden Panda Night, "The First Golden Panda International Cultural Forum" and the "Golden Panda Awards Ceremony". The nominated works competing for Best Animated Image award: My little Pony: A new Generation The Daily Life of ViviCat The Fixies vs. Crabots The King Diaries Moominvalley Season 3 The Moominvalley TV series based on Tove Jansson's stories has already been seen around the world in 70+ countries and consists of three seasons and a total of 39 episodes. The first production season of Moomin Valley was completed in 2019. The second season was released in 2020 and the third in 2022. The fourth season is currently being made and it culminates in an exciting way when the beautiful Moominvalley faces its biggest threat yet. Inspired by the most famous story from the original Moomin books, a comet is speeding toward Moominvalley, and no one knows what to do.
