Helsinki/Bristol, 17.01.2023. Gutsy Animations’ award-winning Moominvalley has been nominated in the Best Children’s Media/TV category alongside some of the biggest animation studios in the world, Disney TV Animation (The Owl House), DreamWorks Animation (Abominable and the Invisible City), Nickelodeon Animation (Big Nate) ja Cartoon Networks (We Baby Bears).
The winning Season 3 episode, Lonely Mountain, also won the prestigious New York International Children’s Film Festival Episodic Audience Award earlier this year. The episode is directed by Darren Robbie (Chicken Run, Doc McStuffins).
