ROLE:
SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR
Gutsy Animations is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This role would suit someone with previous experience in the TV sales sector who is looking to progress their career in this busy and varied division of the company. If you are well organised with an eye for detail and a desire to progress in this field, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the Head of International Sales

Sending sales materials to potential buyers, maintaining contact databases and arranging meetings

Maintaining the Sales & Rights database, liaising with all internal stakeholders including legal, marketing and IT
-
Working with the Marketing Manager to produce sales and marketing decks, ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date and easily accessible

Attending meetings relevant to all sales and marketing activity, taking notes and acting swiftly on feedback
Key requirements:

Experience in the TV sales sector with knowledge of platforms and channels

A basic understanding of deal terms and contracts

A keen eye for detail and proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote and Google Slides and database programmes

Proactive and able to work independently

Good time management
